You are able to cancel your order before the item shipping and we will deal with the refund within 1 business day. Order can not be canceled after the item has already shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 60 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

1. You have 60 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 60 days of receipt.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s used, worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. We would accept returned items that were sent back by you if you could check with us first and get approval.
4. Please contact us within a week after you receive your order if you received item was used, worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. Otherwise we have reason to believe that the damage is your own doing.

Return & Refund Step
Step 1: submit the following to our customer service email (email@example.com)
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
Step 2: Our care team will respond to your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address.
Step 3: Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
Step 4: Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 48 hours . After this, please note the refund times below:
For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 24 hours for the transaction to appear in your account. For credit card refunds, it usually takes 7 days, but the time may vary by merchant and bank, with some taking a few days and others taking a few months.
1.All shipping fees are at the customer expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the returning is due to our reasons, the goods received are broken or not correct, please take a photo and send to us, then you are not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee.
